Terms of Use

1. What Tireon is, and is not

Tireon Capital LLC is an independent research publication. Hedge AI Labs is a product of Tireon Capital LLC for building, testing and scanning trading strategies. Everything we publish or produce for you, including evaluations, reports, backtests, scanner output, AI-analyst answers and simulated-account results, is educational information. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract or option, and not an offer of any financial product. Tireon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor and does not manage money for others.

2. No reliance, no guarantees

Backtests and simulations are hypothetical. They are built from historical data, assumptions about fills and costs, and code that can contain errors. Past performance, whether historical or simulated, does not predict future results. We publish negative results alongside positive ones and try to say plainly what a test cannot tell you, but you are solely responsible for any decision you make with our material. Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of all capital.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the evaluation chat, full reports and Hedge AI Labs is by invitation or subscription and is personal to you. Keep your login private and do not share your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract data at scale, or interfere with other users.

4. Credits and payments

Some features are paid for with prepaid credits. Credits are consumed as features are used, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Refunds for unused credits are considered on request within 14 days of purchase. Prices may change; existing credits keep the terms they were bought under.

5. Your submissions

You keep ownership of the strategies, code and files you submit. You give us a license to run, analyze and store them to provide the service, and to publish an evaluation only with your consent and in anonymized form. You confirm you have the right to submit what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Our content

Our reports, methodology, site and software are owned by Tireon Capital LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not resell, republish or redistribute our reports or scanner output, or use them to train competing models, without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to scrape data, to impersonate others, or to submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have rights to.

8. Third-party data and models

Market data, news and language-model output come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant their accuracy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tireon Capital LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the services or reliance on our material. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 1, 2, 6, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes are announced by email to subscribers.
